The NIDA International Program has canceled the 2020 NIDA International Forum to comply with travel restrictions designed to address the global COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting would have featured speakers and abstract presentations by more than 200 scientists from more 50 nations, many of whom were prohibited from traveling by their own institutions. Individuals whose abstracts were accepted for presentation at the 2020 NIDA International Forum were given the option of having their abstracts included in the NIDA International Drug Abuse Research Abstract Database.
