Additional Information

In February 2023, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) announced the “Substance Use Prevention Services in Primary Care” Challenge. NIDA received 30 submissions describing promising models of substance use prevention services in primary care. The judging of submissions is now complete, and three $25,000 prizes were awarded to teams from The University of Arizona, Yale University/Fair Haven Community Health Care, and University of Vermont. This webinar will provide an overview of the three winning primary care models, and discuss opportunities for implementation and sustainability of prevention services in primary care.
