Mackenzie Johnson Speaking: We really try to recruit our facilitators that facilitate our programming that we have, on the front, educate them in the beginning.
This is not the kind of program where we get to pick and choose.
Sometimes when we are working with teachers, they are used to creating their own lesson plans.
So, “I might do this, or I might not.”
Education on the front end, you know that we need that fidelity to get the outcomes that we are working towards.
It always come back to fidelity with the programming. Implementing high quality and getting community and partner buy in with that.
That your facilitators understand why that is important and how it relates to your outcomes.
Also, your team, your coalition understands so that they can help support that effort on the community front.
