Online registration is open for the 2016 International Women’s and Children’s Health and Gender Group (InWomen’s) conference. The meeting will feature panel discussions, a poster session, and discussion tables. The two panel discussion topics are: (1) Common Global Themes on Stigmatization and Victimization of Women Substance Users Through a Culturally Relevant Lens; and (2) Young Women, Adolescents, and Transgender Individuals. Participants may choose from discussion tables on eight topics focused on gender and substance abuse issues in violence, structural interventions, HIV, professional development, implementation, the LGBTQ community, pregnant women, prescription opiate use, and modified tobacco use. The conference fee is $150 for registrants from high- or middle-income countries and $75 for students and registrants from low-income countries.
