Summary
NIDA will conduct a research track at the American Psychiatric Association (APA) Annual Meeting.

The session topics include:
- Assessment of Substance Use Disorder Patient Outcomes Based on Longitudinal Registry/EMR Data
- Social Stress and Drug Addiction in Preclinical & Clinical Studies: Sex/Gender Matters
- Neurobehavioral and Pharmacological Approaches to Target Cognitive Remediation in Drug Addiction
- Dysconnectivity of the Brain in Addiction and Pain
A special performance of NIDA’s Addiction Performance Project, with a dramatic reading by professional actors and chaired by NIDA Director, Dr. Nora Volkow, will also take place at the meeting. NIDA’s exhibit will also be on site.
