C. Kendall, Ph.D.
Dr. Kendall is the Laura H. Carnell professor of psychology and head of the Division of Clinical Psychology at Temple University, where he has been a prolific writer, researcher, and teacher with numerous editorial and academic leadership responsibilities. His publications have impacted both research methodology and the issues defining clinical practice while providing several examples of sound treatment outcome studies. He is the director of the Child and Adolescent Anxiety Disorders Clinic, where he has developed and evaluated cognitive behavioral treatments for anxiety in youth. His work in this area has been widely disseminated and is currently being evaluated in ongoing efficacy and effectiveness studies. He will soon begin a study to compare child-focused and family-focused interventions. |
